Sin embargo, a menudo olvidamos c\u00f3mo esta relaci\u00f3n afecta a quienes viven en condiciones m\u00e1s vulnerables, como las personas <strong>#SinHogar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las personas que viven en la calle enfrentan barreras no solo para acceder a servicios sanitarios, sino tambi\u00e9n a un entorno saludable. La falta de un refugio adecuado las expone a condiciones clim\u00e1ticas extremas, entornos urbanos insalubres y un mayor contacto con animales y plagas, lo que puede agravar problemas de salud tanto f\u00edsicos como mentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es relevante el enfoque One Health?&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\udda0 Las infecciones zoon\u00f3ticas y las enfermedades infecciosas se propagan m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente en contextos de hacinamiento o en entornos urbanos precarios, en donde adem\u00e1s en muchas ocasiones conviven personas y animales juntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf31 El acceso limitado a espacios verdes y entornos ambientales saludables agrava enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas como el asma y enfermedades card\u00edacas. As\u00ed mismo como coment\u00e1bamos en el punto anterior, el hacinamiento y condiciones insalubres aumentan el riesgo de enfermedad y limitan en gran medida el bienestar de la persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\udde0 La vivienda es uno de los determinantes sociales de la salud. Existe relaci\u00f3n entre la falta de vivienda y la salud mental. Y por supuesto en la exposici\u00f3n a determinadas condiciones clim\u00e1ticas como el calor, el fr\u00edo o la lluvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abordar la crisis de las personas sin hogar desde una perspectiva de \u00abUna Sola <strong>#Salud<\/strong>\u00bb implica dise\u00f1ar soluciones que mejoren no solo el acceso a la salud, sino que tambi\u00e9n aborden la relaci\u00f3n entre el entorno, los animales y los seres humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es urgente que consideremos enfoques m\u00e1s integrales que ayuden a este colectivo a vivir en condiciones m\u00e1s dignas y saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es hora de repensar c\u00f3mo la salud de todos est\u00e1 conectada.
